The Research
As the UX designer for Doc Central, my main focus is ensuring the best user experience. I actively conduct market and customer research, collaborating closely with the Singapore team despite working remotely. I gather insights from local contacts and potential users to understand their needs and preferences. With this knowledge, I make user-centric recommendations to improve the app and create a seamless experience for all Doc Central users. Collaboration, empathy, and user understanding drive our design process as we shape the future of healthcare accessibility in Singapore.
The Flow
After completing market and user research, my next step as a UX designer is to craft a comprehensive user flow. This will effectively communicate the desired user experience to the UI and development teams, outlining the entire app journey, interactions, and decision points. The user flow will incorporate insights from research and prioritize user preferences, aligning with our vision for a seamless and delightful experience on Doc Central. Through collaborative efforts, we'll refine the flow, iterate on the design, and create a go-to platform for convenient healthcare services in Singapore.
The System
As the UX designer, I've developed a comprehensive user flow and wireframe for Doc Central's admin system. This ensures both front-end and back-end users have a seamless experience while managing patient, clinic and doctor accounts. The user flow will show step-by-step navigation and helps identify potential pain points for optimization. The wireframe that I create also provides an intuitive layout for account management, considering all user needs. Collaboration with the development team and stakeholder feedback will refine the admin system for an efficient and user-centric experience on Doc Central.
