My graduate thesis at LJMU explores “Impact of User Experience (UX) on Medical Packaging." Traditional medical packaging has often overlooked UX design principles, focusing solely on functionality and compliance. Through user-centered design, I found that patient-centric packaging can enhance patient satisfaction, adherence, and treatment outcomes. By addressing challenges such as label readability and container opening, innovative packaging solutions can be developed.
