MConsulting Prep is a website that provides courses to help candidates who want to apply to Big3 (Mckinsey, BCG, Bain&Company) get advice on how to edit their CVs and how to answer interviews to make the application process go more smoothly.

Before start

As a Ux designer - a person who studies user habits and behaviors -I am responsible for analyzing and pointing out problems affecting user experience, as well as offering more appropriate solutions.

For example:



Problem 1:

On the previous website, the navigation bar contains too much information that confuses the user's eyes



Solution:

Rearrange the information hierarchy and redesign the interface to be more appropriate



Problem 2:

On the previous website, the purchase button is not prominent, but only displayed as a piece of information that confuses users and does not call users to buy.



Solution:

Redesigning the price information section and adding a Buy Button to create a clear information separation and call-to-action from users

Userflow+ Wireframe

Besides pointing out and providing solutions to fix the product, I also participate in building new products with the team. By participating in the development of a new product, I had the opportunity to participate in the discussion to contribute ideas and build the product from the very beginning and I also learned a lot from that. Userflow and wireframe were taken care of by the team and perfected little by little to ensure the product is brought to market in the most complete way. And because of that, in order to come up with a complete userflow and wireframe that is best suited to the product, the team has gone through a lot of debate and learned together.

This new product called "Coaching" was created to help candidates find the right coaches to help them edit their CVs or prepare for interviews. With that feature, the meeting booking feature was born.This feature allows users to view the available slots of coaches so that they can book an appointment that is suitable for themselves.

UAnd users and coaches can keep track of their meetings to make sure they won't miss an appointment and users can also change, cancel or contact the coach easily via through the "Meeting Management" system.

In addition, the system also collects questions that are of interest to many candidates and gathers them in the FAQ section so that candidates can find answers quickly without having to contact the Coach.
