During my time working as a UX designer at Telio, I have been blessed with a wealth of rich and exciting experiences. Taking on the role of a UX designer has allowed me to spend a lot of time and focus on data research and analyzing user feedback on the Telio app. During Telio's new feature building and existing feature development, I was tasked with digging into user behavior and experience by testing and analyzing pertinent metrics, and adding Work closely with stakeholders such as business team, purchasing team to come up with appropriate and convincing solutions

The process of analyzing and studying user behavior is a solid foundation for future solutions. Therefore, I spent a short but effective time to discuss and analyze thoroughly with the members of the team to have as many perspectives as possible, and after uploading userflow and wireframe, I will review with the team to review it. give the most complete final result.


Not stopping there, after finalizing the right solution, the team will design Ui and after completing the design, it will be considered whether to conduct A/B testing or User testing before officially launching on the app.

Before putting the design into the process of launching features on the app, I will work with my team members to create prototype and prepare documents to hand over to the development team.

Back-End Design

Not only designing for mobile apps, I also worked with the development and operations teams to develop and design a system for inventory management, shipment tracking and reporting.
